Beny's Diner - Cortez

The service here is consistently quick and attentive, and the food is fantastic! I especially love the Chile Relleno Omelet, and they serve generous portions that are more than I can eat in one sitting. The Breakfast Burrito is enormous, and my mom really enjoys the cinnamon roll French toast combo. The waiting area is spacious enough to accommodate several groups waiting to be seated, unlike the cramped setup at another nearby restaurant. The only drawback is the limited disabled parking, though there is a wheelchair ramp available.
