Unprofessional staff. My brother even refused his food, because he was afraid that they tampered with it.

Hands down the cleanest Mr. Hero I've ever been in. I was greeted promptly, my order was fast and correct. The staff was polite and understanding when I only ordered a sandwich but meant to order a meal.

The supervisor here was yelling and cursing at a 15 year old employee. After that she was throwing things around and slamming things. Very inappropriate unprofessional and threatening. I am interested in hearing what the owner will do since they have already been notified. Just horrible. ????

Worst customer service ever. Got my order wrong and when I said I was missing my fries I was told you got your sandwiches for free so take them and go . I said I have a receipt showing I paid 47.10 she told me well you didn?t pay for them she did my mother in law . She said so you still got you food for free so just leave . Other customers left and a guy that was their the whole time told them to back off and that he wanted the manager to call him the manager that was on

We come here on Saturdays several times a month. Always good and the staff is nice.
