Starbucks - Cortland

Iced White Chocolate Mocha was not what I asked for. I asked for ice, they gave me no ice. They didnt put in the white chocolate sauce when its a Iced White Chocolate Mocha, how do you not put it in there. Second time this has happened.

Horrible service. The attendant looked like she ate it and didn't like it

We made a stop at this location on our way to Canada. Clean, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. A perfect break spot!

I always love the service here, but on 10/12/23 the barista sam spoke to me and my mother with a very condescending and kinda rude tone when my mother simply asked about one of her items we were waiting on. I don’t care how busy you are, you don’t get a right to talk to anyone as if they’re an annoyance in the way she did. Not impressed with her.

I love Starbucks! They have the best coffee and the customer service is always A1 and that's what I love the most!
