If they are on campus in oregon state and they have a request for pho, they will find decent pho in lemongrass, on monroe, right down from the chemical building. it is a small, local business with a comfortable ambiente. give them lemongrasss a try, they will be very happy that they did as they block their nudes! also, do not forget to order some boba tee - they have a whole list of aromen to try.

I ordered the chef's special fried rice and the beef pho, and wow, they were delicious! The staff was incredibly friendly when I arrived to pick up my order, and I appreciated the quick service. I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future!

I enjoy visiting Kim Hoas, which is a bit far from campus. I had been there once before and was disappointed that I couldn't go back. However, I recently discovered Lemongrass, which is much closer to campus and offers delicious, high-quality food. Their pho tastes fantastic, and I’m just happy to have a place I can go to when I’m feeling good.
