Great restaurant, have visited many times. Welcomes with canaps and a seat in the lounge where you can enjoy the food, wine, gin and cocktail menu. The meal was excellent. I chose scallops on cauliflower pure with pancetta, followed by frying syrup from beef and Yorkshire pudding. Dessert was Rhabarb and Champagne Trifle. We then moved back to the lounge for our coffee and petit four.

We were greeted in the lounge with a nice drink, after which we had a delicious meal in the restaurant and we finished with tea and coffee in the lounge again. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. We finished our holiday in Wales with a dinner in this restaurant and it was the best we could wish. Thank you.

We have dined here during our Twixtmas stay in North Wales and the food was wonderful. All seven of us were very satisfied with our decisions. My pigeon with cauliflower pure was excellent and we all loved the small bowl artichoke soup that served as an amuse boule, even my son who hates any 'odd' vegetables! My pancake was also delicious. The owner of the cottage where we lived was a bit negative when we told her we were here, so we were mildly comprehensible, but she was totally wrong and we had a great time. The service was also excellent.

A flawless Sunday dinner. Service and food were immaculate and the surroundings are both comfortable and beautiful. A pleasure. Thank you.

The is one of the best restaurants we have been to. Food is always fabulous, staff are warm and welcoming. We have also stayed the night on various occasions.
