Plus they messed up the order and gave my friend the wrong sandwich. Our flies were half burnt an unsalted, whilebour Cesar's salad super salting. Definitely not coming back!
First time at The Habit with no Drive-through. I had to go in can you believe that? Lol! I’m glad I did great customer service. Nice to see a nice diversity of workers also. Nice and clean dine in area.
I tried to redeem the offer I received in the app. However, apparently their computer was giving them an error, so the employee told me that their system is giving them issues, so I can't use the coupon and have to use it thru the app. When I tried to redeem it on the app, the app pops up that the offer is already redeemed!!!! Now I can't even use the offer now because of the receiptionist! She didn't even apologize. Horrible experience, employees with bad attitude. Her name is Veronica. See attached picture of her face.
Burgers and green beans were OK, not delicious. We have been to the Habit in Santa Barbara and the burgers and cauliflower were amazing. Today, no dipping sauce with the tempura green beans. We asked for burgers well done but they weren't. No crispy fried edges. Grilled onions were barely fried (technically not raw but meh). Employees were the best part of our experience. Very helpful.
Came in around 830 pm last night. Dining area had 6 people tops seated and looked like it was still a mess from an earlier rush. Cheeseburger was undercooked. Twice. ?
