El Pollo Loco - Costa Mesa

This particular El Pollo Loco location isn't the greatest. The drive-thru attendant had trouble understanding my rewards points when I wanted to redeem them for a Classic Chicken Tostada Salad. Unfortunately, it didn't work out. Additionally, the chicken in my salad was very dry.

The portions at this restaurant are larger than those found at most other places.

The customer service at this restaurant is awful. The older man who has been working there for weeks needs to improve or find a new job. He always seems grumpy and acts like you are bothering him. Tonight, the drive-thru was closed for the second time. The car in front of me was served first, even though I was there first. I tried ordering in Spanish to see if that would get me better service, but it didn't help. Don't bother with this place if you want good customer service. Luckily, Juan Pollo is located nearby.

My family and I went to a trip to the beach, we decided to get a pollen loco, we did not even give our food we did not even give or teller we got a serviette? and that was not the worst of all we came to the beach and decided to eat, the hawn was burned dry, I love pollen loco and honestly, I hope this experience was not ruined it for me.
