El Pollo Loco - Costa Mesa

The chicken was tough, overcooked, and dry. This place doesn't even deserve one star.

The prices have gone up and the food quality has gone down at this restaurant. The carrots tasted bland, almost like baby food. It seems like they are trying to bulk up the dish with no flavor. We also had to go back and ask for tortillas that were missing from our order. I will not be returning to this place or any El Pollo Loco for that matter. It's not worth the high prices for subpar food.

This was fantastic. Loco is my favorite fast food restaurant. I love their BRC burrito and chicken taco al carbon. However, this place needs better organization. The workers seem overwhelmed.

It's a fact that I didn't drive thru when I last night! Something was from me that my man woke up with a terrible headache that suffered from diarrhea of 2/2/2022! I usually get to eat here, but this is the first time that we have experienced this! still fall through headaches! something must be wrong so we can experience this! I never had that before: sometimes I got food from this chain!

Good service but the chicken was dried the loco salad dressing was very watery.
