The Crack Shack - Costa Mesa

The chicken sandwich was delicious! But the Pommes! Couldn't stop eating the fries! The season was perfect. Cruel on the outside, moist and soft in the middle. Cosy little spot with lots of fresh air flowing inside. Perfect for Kovid.

I am blown away at the quality of food of taste of food. I went for the first time halfway through my meal last night I already planned my next trip and articles on the menu. You could say how busy the place was, lines of to-go order were flying from the pick-up window, you could say the staff was in constant movement to get everything done with precision and incredibly friendly demeanor, although you could only see 2 or 3 of them through the windows, they ran rounds and Tiffany is one of the most pleasant people in the customer service industry that I started with almost a year since the pandemic. I have plans to eat my way through the menu safely. Finally, I appreciate the thick paper wraps on the sandwiches and sealed to-go bags, even if I want to make the to-go items from recycled or biodegradable items. I would have taken pictures of the food, but in all honesty I couldn't eat it fast enough.

I ordered the Firebird with Jalapeños and was blown away. It had good spices, but was not so spicy I wish it was. But then it sniffs me... still not too hot, but I have the tiny nose of the spices. Just what a spicy chicken sandwich should be. I highly recommended this place.

Always eating love here, eating is phenomenal! All staff are very friendly and helpful. I was very remarkable when one of the guys brought my order to my car brought the pouring rain with a smile on his face and apologised me when I even got wet, which was super contemplative! I never had a bad experience with crack chop and our family will be a loyal customer. I'm big on the customer service experience, so I guess when I see it, it does or breaks the food experience. This place is absolutely amazing. They don't support factory farming and the quality of chicken is the best I've had.
