We Olive Wine - Costa Mesa

I was never a fan of beer until I tried this deliciously smooth, caffeine-infused Breakfast Ale. The photo shows the beer. The staff is very knowledgeable, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere.

Fantastic wine selection! This is a perfect spot for any wine enthusiast. I highly recommend the wine pairings held every first Tuesday of the month—it's even better than wine tastings at wineries. Phil is incredibly knowledgeable about wines and knows how to entertain. Also, Steve from the cheese shop is wonderful!

Fantastic! This is the ultimate wine bar experience. They offer excellent wines in a cozy, quick-service atmosphere. I really appreciate the refined selection available. Plus, they have an outstanding variety of olive oils to complement your tastings. It's a lovely spot for couples to relax and enjoy a drink. Best of all, if the wine whets your appetite, there are some great dining options at nearby restaurants.

DO NOT give this establishment your business. Today I witnessed two gentlemen be treated horribly by who I believe is the owner. They simply asked if they could order two glasses of wine and take it out on the patio. He said no. When they asked if another establishment would let them, he pointed across the way and said ?they might illegally let you?. When these two customers noticed that the business indeed had an outside patio and enquired if they could sit out there andhave wine, he said ?yes?. One of the men asked him why he did not mention that when he asked a minute earlier, the business owner/employee responded ?I thought you were talking about another patio?. Really? Is this how you treat yourcustomers? When one of the men made a comment under his breath/mask about this businessman?s rudeness, the wine bar owner literally lunged toward him very aggressively. If the counter was not separating them I believe he would have actuallyhit him. Everyone around us watched aghast. I mean we were there for a relaxing Sunday afternoon stroll around SOCO, not front row seats at a boxing match at Madison Square Garden. Stay away!

Great wine selection, amazing place for a glass of wine or even a bottle to share. Great location, fantastic staff. Truly the best.
