Fu Zhou Chinese - Cotati

Our server was not only stunning but also incredibly quick and attentive. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. We ordered the house special shrimp, which were large, perfectly fried, and served with a rich, slightly spicy sauce along with vegetables. We also had the salt and pepper calamari with sautéed jalapeños and onions, accompanied by perfectly cooked jasmine rice. To top it off, we received a complimentary soup that was delightful.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The food is fantastic—I absolutely love it! It has officially become my new favorite spot. The honey walnut shrimp is the best dish, and I can't get enough of it. The staff is incredibly friendly too. I really appreciate this place!

Excellent food, skillfully prepared and served by friendly staff. Fu Zhou has been a fixture in Cotati for a long time and is the longest-running Chinese restaurant in Rohnert Park/Cotati. Its owners took advantage of the COVID-19 hiatus to freshen the interior and to upgrade and expand its menu. There is now a limited selection of dim sum, tasty and of high quality; new dim sum items are to be added in the future.
