Arby's - Cottage Grove

Post-pandemic, this location has some top notch staff and speedy service. I don't go here often, but when I do it'd a pleasure. (Rings ? by the door)

I have always enjoyed dining at this Arby's, but I was extremely disappointed when the staff refused to serve an elderly woman who had misplaced her wallet. She placed her order, only to realize she had lost her wallet. The staff proceeded to cancel her order and watched as she left the restaurant. When I inquired about their actions, they explained that she did not have any money. I quickly followed her outside, brought her back in, and purchased an $11 meal for her. The behavior of the staff was unacceptable.

My wife and I have tried to go there twice in the last 3 days. Both times my wife has waited in the drive thru line to only find out they are out of roast beef.How does an establishment let alone a roast beef establishment run out of roast beef? I am beyond confused and upset that this is happening.Do better

The food was excellent and Nate provided great service in the drive-thru.

Boneless buffalo wings are always Luke warm, hospitality and service are great.
