Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cottage Grove

The service was atrocious, the food was terrible, and the staff were impolite. This is completely unacceptable. Management needs to address this issue. I paid $20 for below-average, sloppily prepared fast food from a disrespectful teenager. I will not be returning. I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to get it done right somewhere else.

I work in the strip mall near by and regular customer. Food is always awesome but the last 3 times I've come in the women have been incredibly rude or have had off putting demeanors as if they'd rather not be there. I understand everyone having bad days but this has become a frequent occurrence and I have left feeling frustrated. The men working have all been kind and polite. I am a woman myself and I would hate to make anyone feel this way let alone be treated this way as a consumer.

It was sad to see taco bell near this place got better review than this branch of chipotle.Of all the Chipotles I had ever been to, this was by far the worst. Unprofessional Staff, even the manager. I went in ordered 2 bowl, and requested to have the salsa 's on the side, nothing on the bowl itself . the staff charging me $1.15 for each. I asked the staff why? the staff said it 's because it was considered as sides. then I told the staff to put the salsa inside the bowl instead. The staff responded they made it already, I 'm not going to do that. I then requested cancellation on my order, the staff challenge me by saying you don 't give me an attitude. ' then went to the back and talk to the manager. She came back and said The manager said, if you don 't want the sides, you don 't have to get it. I told the staff again, I want to cancel my order and get a refund. the staff went back and it takes 10 minutes for the manager to come up, while lot of other customers waiting in the back. and finally the manager refunded my order. very rude and unprofessional. never again I will return to this chipotle.

This restaurant is extremely dirty, from the bushes outside to the front doors covered in hand prints. I have never been in a faster food restaurant that was dirtier. My family wanted Chipotle so that is what we got. The customer service was just as chaotic as the state of the restaurant. Come on, the staff should take pride in their work.

The restaurant staff left sour cream on the line, which contaminated the food and wrappers as they were passed to customers. The lids of bowls and wrappers were visibly dirty and unsanitary. Despite three people working, they did not address the issue when it was pointed out. The employees appeared indifferent and unprofessional. This laziness and lack of cleanliness makes me not want to return to this restaurant.
