Hands were touching the cheese slices and buns. Bathroom floors were sticky as well. Did not see any certificates offood safety in eye site. Also, there are product boxes out in the lobby, which is fine, but they are directly on the floorinstead of on shelves. Health code violation. Doesn't seem like the safest place to eat, but if you need a quick restroom stopwhile traveling, it works.
This dairy Queen that I went to made the food as you order it there was no food prepared ahead of time and I really not getting a hamburger when it's hot not when it's cool they got great customer service and I'll go back to the dairy Queen again
They need to teach all their employees the difference between a large and a small I go there every week and it's always different on there soft serv ice cream in a bowl.
Went in to buy ice cream cake for my son-in-laws birthday. No cakes no offer to make a cake for the birthday the next day. Had to call Creswell DQ and they jumped at the opportunity and had me a cake the next day to save the party. Never going to CottageGrove DQ again.
I wonder if the owner is aware that the kids running the DQ in Cottage Grove turn off all the lights, including the drive theu menu lights and in the dining room, stack the chairs, and turn off the Open sign 50 minutes before closing? When I asked why itwas so dark the girl taking my order said, in a very snotty voice, because the lights are off ... obviously. But why are thelights off before closing time, oh we just turned them 5 minutes ago ... okay. Well... hm.
