Dutch Bros Coffee - Cottage Grove

The employees there are fantastic, and they serve the best coffee, espressos, and hot chocolate I've ever had.

There’s always a long line, but they typically take orders while you wait to help speed things up.

The drink orders have improved, although there are still some issues with the new staff. However, they manage to bounce back quickly.

On my drive up the I-5 from Sacramento, I needed a caffeine boost to make it through the trip, so I stopped at Dutch Bros Coffee. I was impressed by how organized and efficient they were. I ordered a cold drink with multiple shots of espresso, which was perfect for a quick refreshment before hitting the road again. The espresso was outstanding, and the customer service was friendly and spot on. Do yourself a favor and skip the other coffee shops—head to Dutch Bros, and you won’t be disappointed. The restaurant was quite busy with a decent line, but the staff came out to take orders from those waiting. They were very friendly and cheerful, which made the experience enjoyable.
