Kings Chinese - Cottage Grove

The manager is always making sure everyone is happy. The food is always delicious. She can remember the orders of my whole family, even if we weren't there in a month. The best egg blossom soup I had. Just love it here.

It is the best choice for the area, provided I come from the bay area and can say that oregon and Chinese food (or most ethnic food for this matter) do not mix. But despite the fact that it is highly amerianized, it is still better than anything else, also led by a Chinese family.

We love King's! We've been coming here since we moved to Cottage Grove 18 years ago. It's our family's favorite Chinese restaurant. Love the owners too, sweet people. They have the best crab puffs I've ever eaten; their sweet and sour sauce is homemade and doesn't have a bunch of artificial coloring in it, it's so delicious. Their deep fried items have a very light, crispy batter that is awesome. Also their prices are very reasonable. Our family of 4 can eat there cheaper than Carl's Jr., and come home with a lot of leftovers for lunch the next day. Highly recommend it.

I have eaten at King's regularly for years. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The owner is very friendly and personable and the service is top-notch. I can only guess that the people who report a bad experience are surly customers who complain about everything, whiny tourists or just do not know how Chinese food is supposed to taste. I recommend the vegetable tofu and mai fun noodles! This is one of those hidden gems, tucked back in the corner of a shopping center that not enough people know about. I take my friends when they're in town, and they love it as much as I do.
