Excellent pizza, cooked perfectly. I had forgotten how good their pizza was. Stuffed crust and deep dish are perfect. Good value in their coupons and cinnabon dessert to die for.

My fiance insists on ordering here. Pick up or delivery is always a really long wait. The estimated time when you order is never accurate.

We preordered online and we headed to the store, expecting a quick fast order. But instead we waited a whole hour for a pizza and some wings. The service was good, but the wait time was absolutely horrendous. While I was there, I encountered that they messed up multiple people 's orders quite often. This man came in for a delivery for 1 pizza, but they mistakenly gave him 4 pizzas. And other people came in and were waiting for their orders and 2 of the orders got mixed up. After a while of waiting for around 20 minutes, I was notified that our order got mixed up and apparently got delivered to someone, the person in charge said that they 'll make us a new one and they 'll add some sort of points to our account. After another 5 minutes, we FINALLY got our food and we left. Good service, really bad waiting time.

District manager is trash. She doesn’t do her job never helps out at stores. Fryer has been broken for well over 3 months. employees don’t have proper cleaning equipment like a shop vac to make sure they can mop properly at night. managers and GMs are running around with heads cut off because not having enough managers hired. Direct manager is young and she needs to be fired. she has no commutation about anything to anyone at the store. Acts like she doesn’t care. GET HER GONE BEFORE THIS STORE SHUTS DOWN
