Contribuisci feedbackI stopped in for a sandwich today before work. Although I waited in line for what seemed like forever, the service was great. I wish I would have caught his name because I would commend him for his hard work and patience. He was the only guy working in the whole place and he was doing a great job!! Lengthy weigh times aren't so bad when the customer service is great. The restaurant was very clean which is always a plus for me. I always get a 6' flat bread with turkey, no cheese, veggies and southwest chipotle sauce when I go to subway. It's not too heavy and always does the job. Props to the lonely guy working in the whole restaurant today! You killed it!!
I'm 75. My wife and I have patronized the Cottonwood Shores Subway for years, but after today we will not. Today (April 23, 2020), with strict take-out rules in effect during Covid-19, I called with a take-out order. When I went in to pick it up, (1) there was a small table on the Subway deck near the door with five people sitting around it having lunch (four apparent construction workers and a small child). No social distancing; no masks. The Subway people didn't seem to notice. (2) The counter worker who handed me my food, drink cup, etc. was not wearing gloves or a mask. I didn't see him actually put the food into the bag. Another counter worker was wearing gloves but no mask. I accepted the bag (we dispose of packaging at home and reheat the food), but we will not return to this Subway.
Reduced hours and not open on Sundays during the football season. Looks like steps to a complete closing soon.
I ordered my wife a tuna sub, brought it home and took it back due to very little Tuna and bread was stale. Was told by the manager the correct amount of tuna was on the sandwich, picked it off with her fingers and said this looks like the right amount of tuna. Asked to exchange out for another sandwich and she got very rude and angry and said that you will need to pay for it. Asked her who the owner of the store was and stated that she could not give out that information (understandably). Rudely asked what kind of other sandwich we would like and threw it down after being made on the glass and angrily told me to have a nice day. I understand having a bad day but don't take it out on customer's who enable the business to stay in business.
I am giving this rating because it is Subway. Subway should not be 4 star nor 3 nor 2. The bread smells good and the buck stops there.
