Very friendly and courteous letting those of us who were waiting know of an approximate wait time. Was charged for two meat balls and did not get them on my order. The number on google doesn't even call the store. Check you order before you leave the restaurant. Guess that is how they stay in business is charging you for things you don't receive. Owner helped out with the matter. Thanks for you response on the issue.

Absolutely tremendous experience! The owner is kind and welcoming! I had a issue where I didn?t receive my garlic bread at first and he gave me a complimentary drink for the wait. Such considerate and empathetic customer service is seldom observed nowadays. Notwithstanding, the pasta and garlic bread were superb. Today I tried By the Bucket and I am so excited. I LOVE spaghetti and this place did not let me down. First, the food is very nicely priced. I ordered the Medium Bucket, Meatballs, Garlic Bread and Cheesecake. The pasta was well cooked and the sauce was a very nice surprise. We've driven past this place a million times and always would say...We've got to try that some day. We'll, today was Someday! I picked up a bucket for 2 and ordered 2 meatballs as well. All of it was Very tasty! We will certainly stop by here more often!????????
