Colt 804 Grill Cottonwood

We came to the old towncottonwood at this weekend from phoenix. had the verde canyon train. This morning we stopped here for breakfast. great food. beautiful people. a nice, relaxed local business that I would recommend for everyone. the western thema is also cool.

Great location, dog friendly terrace of smell of smoked meat she meets on the street. the brisket filly was amazing that each plate was completely cleaned! highly recommended!

Our breakfast was very good. I had smoked brisket cooked with eggs to order, hathbrowns and toast. my moimosa was $7.50 and not a good very small and cheaper champagne (many rooms to improve). our breakfast with mimosas was almost $50 and there is really zero service. I ordered and paid in register, the bartender brought the mimics and that was the end of the service. I had to get the best, seasoned, the eating etcetera. I asked a hired person who was standing around just when we could get an ice water, and she said they had to go into the bar, the bartender was for a stay in the toilet, so I just gave up. fancy prizes with mcdonald’s feeling. they could make it absolutely better. if their employees are in the conversation and they tell them where they get their stuff, it's just not my idea of a fifty dollar breakfast, whether it's good or not.

Cool little place and eat good. order them before the time and call them to pick up. not sure what other reviews have whispered, but we would go back in a heartbeat. beautiful staff, good eating and good mood.

We smelled the smoker from down the block and followed our noses here. The staff are friendly, and the barbecue is fantastic. There are seven different barbecue sauces available from mild to spicy and they are all delicious. I had the jalapeño popper burger and garlic fries. The fries aren't too garlic heavy, so depending on your own preferences that could be good or bad. My gf had the hot link sausage hoagie and it was loaded with grilled onions and a little bell pepper, but it was so flavorful. Onion rings on the side, they were crispy and tasty. Show up hungry because they have a large menu and you're sure to find something. Indoor and covered outdoor seating is available. If you sit outdoors, your clothes will smell like smoke from the meat smokers so be ready for that.
