Roger's Frosty - Cottonwood

We placed our order, and an hour later, we're still waiting. The two staff members on duty are rude and seem to prioritize other orders over ours, just because we ordered a taco and a burrito. They really shouldn't be working here. I've been a customer since I was four years old, and this experience has been disappointing. If I could give them no stars, I would. I'm seriously considering asking for a refund.

Outstanding! This local burger stand is one of the best around, and their prices are much lower than similar places! My burger was massive and cooked to perfection, and my husband's shake and burger were also spot on. We also ordered fries and drinks, and the total came to just $24. You rarely see that these days—most places would charge at least $35. Every time we pass by, I feel tempted to stop in again!

This restaurant used to be great, but now I find it rather mediocre. The burgers are cooked too well-done—almost burnt—and are drenched in sauce, making the bun soggy. They’ve also changed their beef patties to something flavorless, resulting in a texture reminiscent of a hockey puck. The fries are decent, but the shakes are the only highlight! I’m really disappointed, as this used to be a place I looked forward to visiting whenever I passed through Cottonwood.

Great frosty's at a reasonable price. Large serving sizes. Cheeseburger was well seasoned, and, while I don't like relish or pickles, I'm told they make their own house relish that's really good. Very friendly staff. Not the quickest service, but not along wait for how busy they were. Definitely someplace to check out if you're passing through Cottonwood and are hungry or justwant a soft serve.
