Roger's Frosty - Cottonwood

My steak burger was absolutely perfect, even when cut in half, and the curly fries were delightfully crunchy. I highly recommend them!

Food was good except they didn’t give my mom her tacos and wouldn’t listen to us. The boy (I would say gentlemen, but he was nowhere close to that) who took our order was extra rude to us and kept cutting us off while we ordering and asking questions. Definitely no longer the same Roger’s Frosty like it was growing up where everyone had manners, make funny jokes with them, and just a very homie place to be where everyone was welcomed.

This food was disgusting. It’s been an hour since I ate their food and my stomach badly hurts. The burger was disgusting who put taco seasoning on a burger. The fries were delicious. I usually sit down in the inside of the restaurant, but it was so covered and flies that I rather have sat outside than inside. The gentleman at the Window was rude. We told him no tomatoes on one sandwich he put tomatoes, and when my boyfriend goes and correct , the problem grabs the tomato out of his burger with no gloves no nothing and tells him here he go. Disgusting. There are flies everywhere in the kitchen. I am not feeling well. I will never return here. are used to love this place, but after the new Owner it went downhill fast. The young lady that was at the window and Was talking with my boyfriend about the experience there. She was completely understanding and professional and took the complaint seriously. The ladies professional and caring attitude was a highlight of experience here.

Horrible customer service, they were out of slushy mix so we ordered a snow cone instead… absolutely no color/ flavor to the “snow cone” that was literally thick ice chunks. Definitely not the Rogers I remember as a kid.

This place has horrible food handling practices. I Watch the lady handle cash and then stick her hand straight inside of a nacho bag And then stick her hand and grab other food products like lettuce, tomatoect.. without washing her hands Multiple times. I have eaten here many times and the food has tasted.Okay, but after this last time I've seen that I was so grossed out.I didn't want to ask for my money back So I just threw the food away. ??
