Starbucks Coffee - Cottonwood

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. The person at the drive thru was incredibly rude. We waited probably ten minutes to order and then gave up and went to pull through but once we did we were trapped behind 2 other cars for easily 20 minutes. Each car in front of us only got one drink when they eventually got their drinks.

People need to stop spending their money at Starbucks in Cottonwood It's the worst run business around and a managers are in mature and not supporting the customers. Takes too long to get a drink after you order it seems like slow in my last is the only two speeds I know

Any time I go to starbucks that's my happy place.I know I can go there for consistency and quality.The bartistas know what they're talking about, If you don't know what you want take the recommendation they offer!

This has got to be the SLOWEST Starbucks ever. I waited in line for a little over half an hour in the drive thru. Next time I'll go to Dutch Bros!

Stopped in for some Frappachinos for my staff at the dental practice in the parking lot.I wish I could remember the guys name that waited on me. He was awesome, so fun to chat with. I'm not sure about his name, but he has great teeth, and I told him so. His ex was an OM in the dental field for 10 years if that helps! Give this guy a raise!
