The pizza at this restaurant is so delicious that we drove all the way from San Antonio to Birsall to try it. However, we accidentally ordered the pizza in Cotulla instead of Birsall, and when we called to see if we could pick it up at the Birsall location, we were told that we had to pick it up in Cotulla. It was already 7:35 and we asked if we could still order the pizza to be picked up later, but they refused. Despite this, we decided to drive to Cotulla. When we called the Cotulla location, we explained our mistake and asked if we could still pick up the pizza. We mentioned that we knew they closed at 8 and that we would arrive at around 8:10, but the person on the phone was not understanding and said that if we were late, we couldn't pick up the pizza. They also claimed that we had mentioned the Birsall location when placing the order, which was not true.
