I'm amazed at the comments of other customers, I'm used to eating pancakes and those of this restaurant aren't very good, I'm not talking about filling but about doughing cakes, not butter at all and even acid. I like it when the buckwheat dough crusts a bit from the butter and it wasn't. The quantity of the trim was very correct, we're not hungry at the end of a cake. Even for pancakes, the cook must not cook them in butter...
