De L’ours - Coulommiers

Meal between friends, we had chosen in advance between two menus. For my part, the counted entrance tomato peppers, cod-riz with some sauce and apple pie. Menu too expensive, the wine served without any indication, the server not smiling and the waitress would need rest, the poor did not look good. A test without a tomorrow!!!!

Between the visits of the castle of Vaux-le-Vicomte (a marvel) and the house of Jean de La Fontaine in Château-Thierry (very interesting), we have lunch in this restaurant of the Bear (which is next to the hotel of the same name). Very well welcomed despite the late hour (more than 1:30 pm), we enjoyed the kindness of the patronage, and the dishes of the patron were absolutely delicious. An unforgettable gourmet souvenir.
