Arby's - Council Bluffs

I stopped by this restaurant while heading into Kansas, and I’m so glad I did. It offered the best service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. The location was exceptionally clean, and even though they were busy, the staff worked efficiently, delivering everything promptly—just as you would hope from a fast food establishment. I have no complaints whatsoever; it’s a fantastic spot, and I would definitely stop here again if I'm in the area.

The staff here are friendly and entertaining! I was welcomed as if we were old friends. From beginning to end, my wait was only about 7 minutes, but the server still apologized for the wait as if it had been too long. My order was perfect—exactly how I wanted it, and it was served hot and fresh.

I wasn't impressed with the food, so I'll be returning to my local DQ next time.

All of the restaurants all over are struggling to keep up these days! This Arby's is a ray of sunlight in a dark restaurant world lol! They try to hustle and get orders out great store, great employees. Thanks
