Burger King - Council Bluffs

It's the first day of football! After finishing work, I wanted to grab something quick to eat before heading home for the game. I decided to stop by Burger King on 32nd and Broadway. I placed my order at 6:42 PM. It was quite busy, so I tried to be patient. Around 7:06 PM, I heard them discussing my order, and I thought my lunch was on its way. However, by 7:15 PM, the woman who had arrived 10 minutes after me was already eating her meal. I asked about my order, but they couldn't find it on their screen. It seemed like someone had deleted it, though I'm not entirely sure how that happened. Finally, at 7:23 PM, 41 minutes after placing my order, I received my meal, which cost $24.

Although they have a sign stating that prices may vary, I still believe it's unfair. I ordered two Junior Chicken sandwiches at $1.29 each through the drive-thru, but when I reached the window, I was charged $1.59 for each sandwich. Why not update the prices on the menu board instead of leaving customers guessing what they'll actually be charged?

I waited 26 minutes in the drive-thru after placing my order, only to see a notice stating that prices could change without notice. I ended up paying $27 for two double whopper meals. People shouldn’t have to make life decisions at Burger King.

Now, I and my family came to eat dinner and they played obscene music while we eat dinner and we asked her nicely several times to turn it, but they did not do until I went to the counter and told them to turn it, and we have young children with us and through the handicap parquets it was going to grow hard for the citizen, so that

TERRIBLE. Chicken sandwich was hard as a rock. Old and gross. Tried calling to complain and nobody even answers the phone to address the issues.
