Hardee's - Council Bluffs

I had the quarter-pound burger, and it was incredibly fresh and delicious—soft, sweet, and a great little sandwich. I wanted to go to Burger King, but the BK app wasn’t working, so I ended up at Hardee's instead, and it was a pleasant surprise!

The food is very good. But in the store or drive through in council Bluffs needs a big improvement. I think they are to slow. But it may not be their fault. Every since this damn COVID hit it is hard to hire people now.

After 8 minutes of watching the guys take out the trash and the lady doing something on computer (guy was taking orders) I just left. No reason to have a kitchen so disgusting that you need to take out the trash instead of helping customers.... for the lunch rush of ZERO. BUT, the blessings are at Freddy's. You will not be disappointed. Don't punish yourself. Do not eat here. Do NOT torture yourself or your children.

How difficult is it to make a hamburger and provide decent service? Apparently, it's too hard for this place. Someone should inform them that there are plenty of other dining options available. The service was terrible, and the food was equally disappointing. I recommend staying away.

Eating is very good. I love the sourded brot option. it's nice to have a change in the way your burger is served. the bratbeef is my man's favorite. the pommes were hot, the place was clean and the workers were great. we're going back.
