Kfc - Council Bluffs

I visited this restaurant craving a pot pie, but unfortunately, I arrived too early and none were ready yet. That’s not their fault at all. Instead, I ordered a famous bowl, and it was quite enjoyable.

I ordered the chicken strip meals, which came with soda and biscuits. I requested mashed potatoes as my side along with the drinks. The chicken strips were quite enjoyable, and I should have bought more biscuits—they were that good! The mashed potatoes were decent but could have been better, earning a solid 4 out of 5. On the plus side, the raspberry tea was excellent, and the unsweetened tea was also very good. I got two meals for under $20, leaving me with some leftovers for lunch the next day. Overall, it was a great value. My only real complaint is that the cups kept collapsing on us. I recommend picking them up from the bottom and being cautious, but it was enough of an issue that I ended up knocking off a star.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant due to the rude staff, particularly Tracy. They refused to acknowledge their mistakes and instead accused others of trying to get free food. It took me 15 attempts to get someone to answer the phone! Even after that, they were unwilling to take responsibility for their errors or make any corrections.

I ordered an 8-piece meal but only received 6 pieces, all dark meat. I also ordered extra mac and cheese, but it wasn't included in my order at all. My entire order was messed up, and I can't even get in touch with the restaurant by phone without an access number.

Every time I tried to eat there, the restaurant was open but wouldn’t let me in. So, I decided to go to Taco instead, which turned out to be a better option anyway.
