Wonderful Authenic Mexican Food. This is our favorite Mexican resturant around! The other ones only attempt to fix Mexican...La Caretta Rosa nails it! This is such a wonderful refreshing place to get fresh, good tasting REAL Mexican food this far north of the boarder! The Tortilla Soup is just the same as I 've eaten in southern Texas and the other menu items take me there as well! Don 't let the small, sometimes empty space fool you...this is a diamond in the rough! Give them a try and I guarantee you will be back again and again. Very friendly and attentive staff too...not like some other 'Mexican places ' in Council Bluffs!!

Good food. I think this place used to be a mens bathroom and then they converted it into a restaurant. Its currently my favorite Mexican place though. I usually get the fajitas.

Fajitas. The fajita plate is a lot of food and well worth it. The Tacos Yucatan are also good.

Mexican at the CB Courthouse. Fantastic! The prices are very reasonable, service is fast friendly, and the food was great! Very interesting salsa for the chips, and was served with a salsa verde and roja with the meal. I found my carnitas taco to be very evocative of pulled pork bbq (NC style); I was completely blown away! The asada is good, as well. We will be back!
