Longhorn Steakhouse - Council Bluffs

Samantha H, our server, went above beyond!! She provided us with friendly, attentive service. We usually dine here at least once a month, but this recent experience was exceptional because of her service. Thank you Sam!!!

Our waiter was very attentive. Came by on a regular basis to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Steaks were perfect. Baked potatoes we a bit over cooked but still nice. It was nice to have the manager come over and ask everyone how they were doing and how was the food. Great atmosphere as well. Will be back.

Walking in we felt welcome. The hostess greeted us, and we were immediately seated. The store was clean. Sam, took great care of us!!! She was familiar with the menu, offered suggestions, and we didn't have to ask for anything. Customer service is very important to us, and believe me when I say; We were NOT disappointed... Went across the river to have dinner, the good…great waitress, the steaks were really good, however we expected a bit more from the burger and the crispy Brussels were a bit too crispy, almost a hint of burnt popcorn tasting. Our waitress did bring a complimentary Sunday for our birthday guest. The restaurant is well kept. A couple tweaks away from 5 star.
