Subway - Council Bluffs

This place is a mess; they can never get our order right. And when we raise an issue, it feels like we’re the ones in the wrong. Excuse me, but we are the customers; we are the reason you receive a paycheck. The store manager has even argued with me multiple times, which is just unacceptable. We won’t be returning—I’m tired of being treated poorly and will take my business elsewhere. Honestly, even Walmart’s food isn’t always the best, but at least it's fresh. Today, I couldn’t even take more than one bite, and somehow I’m the one at fault for bringing it up. I’m done with this place.

The customer service at this restaurant is quite poor. One of the staff members hurried us so much that he burned our sandwiches, making them so tough they could have broken a tooth! I definitely wouldn't recommend this place!

To the staff member who worked today, December 3rd, 2021, around 4:30 PM: Thank you for your fantastic recommendation on the Tuscan chicken! The combination of sweet onions and Parmesan made it truly outstanding. I found myself parked in the lot, devouring the whole dish before I even turned on my car. I only wish I had ordered a larger portion! Manager, you should definitely consider giving this person a raise for their outstanding customer service.

The sweet onions and Parmesan cheese really took it to the next level—it was incredible! I ended up sitting in the parking lot and finished the whole dish before I even started my car. The food was delightful and fresh, but unfortunately, the women's restroom was not up to the same standard.
