Casa De Montecristo - Countryside

This place is amazing! They treat visitors from out of town like one of the family!

So, a buddy texted saying let 's grab a cigar and head over to Montecristo 's in Countryside . I was a bit hesitant as I 've read several mixed reviews. I 've frequent a few other shops in area and around Naperville and the service has always been excellent, so my expectations were high. However, since my guy lives in the area, I just had to go. I purposely arrived earlier today (12:30) knowing they would recognize him, and I was curious about the service for me but also wanted to observe how other customers were being treated. I can honestly say, I was presently surprised and truly appreciated how they have gone above and beyond to work on their service. Every company has issues with employees from time to time. It 's how they respond and fix the issues that set them up for longterm success. Trust me, I 've gotten great service from Fogo de Chao, Coopers Hawk, etc, and I 've gotten bad service from these same establishments. Every time, the management staff has rose to the occasion put their best forward. After two hours here this afternoon, I will certainly be back. I was literally standing and then sitting around waiting for someone to open up the case so I could enjoy a cigar, but for waiting for 25mins. It wasn’t busy, Even as I was walking out, dude didn’t even say if I have been helped out or whatever, definitely not coming back

Best stop around they learn the members taste and give great reccomendations

This place is the “Tiffany” of cigar stores, one of the classiest and cleanest cigar boutique/lounges in North America! Plus it’s reasonably priced considering the high-end cigars they offer.
