Brewers Fayre Tindale Crossing

Visited recently and fortunately had a children's play area as we have an 8 year old son. We were greeted by the lovely Lesley in the play area, she went above and beyond to make our sitting just perfect, nothing was a problem to her and she always had a smile on her face, her customer service was exceptional. Next time we are in area we will definitely be returning. Thank you !!

Went here for first time on Xmas day for Xmas lunch. Food was OK and it was reasonably well organised but it felt like we had all three courses together before having to leave as you only get 2 hour timeslot. Will try somewhere else Xmas 2024

Brilliant time. Lovely staff with customer interest taken care off. Highly recomended. Staff were really helpful. Really nice place.

As regulars here we enjoy the benefits of being bonus club members. We book a certain table for lunch , which we both find enjoyable. We are always greeted warmly, and one staff member always goes the extra mile to engage with us. We would appreciate recognition from management as Jennifer being a valued member of staff. She deserves a 5 rating, one of the reasons we regularly frequent this pub.
