Greggs - County Durham

We come here as we know it is open till 5.30 plus there is a decent loo on the shopping centre. They do a decent cup of tea and we had a peach Melba which is excellent and a bargain price. The staff are always friendly.

My friends and I went into this Greegs store while visiting Bishop Auckland and the service was quick we didn't have to wait in a long line. The staff were friendly and the store was clean.

This cafe was one of the few places open on a wet Sunday afternoon and we were glad to be able to get a good cup of tea and a place to sit.

I baught a pasty they gave me a very cold one while another member of staff gave somebody else same pasty out of the oven when there was plenty left on the shelf we paid 3.50 for our items they only paid for there one item. Bad customer service.

Average Greggs, only went as lack of choice of places to eat in the town, friendly pleasant staff but pasties were slightly cold.
