This was the first time we have been and will definitely be calling again. The staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't fault the service. Buffet was brilliant with a wide choice of starters, mains, and desserts, with a good choice of drinks as well . Very clean and tidy with a nice view of the river. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
A very nice place, we had a lovely meal and very reasonably priced too. The restaurant is also dog friendly which is. A huge bonus for us and the lady manager was so nice and welcoming. Highly recommended!
Excellent meal at lunchtime and very fresh given a buffet service. The extraction was very good also so didn't come out smelling like sweet and sour !!! Excellent service I WILL be back. Durham is a fantastic place to visit this time of the year with plenty of culture, great river walk, eating and drinking places.
Prawn and seafood enthusiasts will definitely enjoy this restaurant. They offer a variety of dishes including garnishes, crabs, pork, beef, chicken, and desserts. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet and was very satisfied. My friends particularly enjoyed the chicken dishes and desserts. The highlight for me was the jelly, garnish, and crab. The quirky toilet lounge seating was a fun touch. Everything was clean and fresh. Customers are required to wear masks while eating. The buffet costs 14 €.
