Bishop Auckland Worst kfc I’ve ever had I would even say it was unsafe to eat, wouldn’t even feed this to a dog

Please can staff smile while serving and pretend to like their job? Asking if we need any sauces or sugar for our tea/coffee would also be nice. Music too loud again

Got a delivery to find out there was a missing item . Burger were cold and half a bag of chips .. won’t be returning!

Very bad experience,ordered through online kfc app , estimated arrival keeps delayed for 2 hour

Awful! Stand at the till waiting to order only for the manager to turn her back and walk off, a simple 'i will be one minute ' would do wonders but customer service is obviously behind those important Uber eats and drive through orders! Update!! No longer accept cash at the till, you are urged to use the boards at the front, ****** ridiculous! Will just go to somewhere that accepts cash!
