Paradise Pizzas - County Durham

Had the worst experience with food ever from here. Was down here for work after a long drive I wanted something quick. Ordered a chicken donner kebab. The chicken was lukewarm the donner was like rubber. Being so hungry I ate it. Bad mistake as was on the toilet the whole of the following day which meant I couldn't go to the job.

While the restaurant offers good value, the food lacks taste and flavor. The hygiene standards are subpar, but this is to be expected given the lower prices. Ordering by phone can be challenging due to the noise on the other end.

The food was decent and reasonably priced. There were some good deals available, but the flavors were lacking. I would prefer to pay more for a tastier meal.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely awful. The delivery was late, the pizza was incorrect, and the kebab was cold. When I called to address the issue, the staff was very rude and insisted that the pizza I received was what I had asked for, even though it wasn't. When I requested for the correct pizza to be delivered, they said they didn't know how long it would take, possibly hours. They then suggested that I go to the shop myself to resolve the issue, despite me explaining that I couldn't leave the house. This experience was extremely disappointing and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
