Where is happiness? First visit to Catleya, two hours of fun. A fair kitchen, a new menu and mouth we are in autumn, a small cream of mushrooms in the porto and roasted almonds...succulent. The black cod caramelized and its small salad, its subtle flavors. Risotto de St Jacques and topinambours soft and suave. Characteristics of the crust of hazelnut, crust and pralinea, smooth texture of the pear without excess of sucrosity... all in the extent. There's happiness.

Home smiling and pleasant, the kitchen is excellent, a superb artistic presentation! Everything is fresh, homemade, bravo to the chef for his culinary talent!
