Le Relais - Courtenay

Le Relais was a disappointing experience, with clean rooms but a tired building. The menu had potential but the execution fell short, with pre-cooked duck and tough steak. The owner did not handle feedback well. We do not plan on returning.

This cozy restaurant specializes in soy drinks and traditional breakfast dishes from Northern China. It is the perfect spot for a delicious breakfast.

Although many Logis are known for their quality, it is disappointing that Le Relais seems to have flown under the radar. The rooms are clean, but the building is quite old. While the menu looked promising, the actual execution was subpar. The duck had been precooked and reheated, and the steak was tough. Overall, we were not impressed and do not plan to return.
