Pizza Hut Courtenay

We were invited by friends to a restaurant where they ordered four different pizzas. The toppings were scarce and the amount of sauce was minimal, almost non-existent.

The Caesar salad had a sour smell and a bitter taste. The crust was overcooked and tough, and the cheese filling was hard and not melted, although it was warm. The overall experience was expensive for the lackluster quality of the food we received.

Order a few pizzas, was told 30 minutes for delivery. I called the load over an hour later, he was told he was just gone. finally, pizzas got an hour after the order, and there was someone else order. I called the load again, they said he was ready to pick up in an hour. I had to go to business an hour later, was told ten minutes, my pizza didn't get for another half an hour. the pizza we ordered at 5:45, we finally have to eat at 9 o'clock and it wasn't worth waiting. at least they gave us a refund between taking personal phone calls and chat in the kitchen!

I will never order from pizza hut again. Any time I order online, the order costs more when it comes to my door. They take FOREVER to make the food and delivery takes even longer. I've had to cancel orders and order elsewhere but I like the pizza, so I kept trying. This time, it's been over 2 hours before my pizza came to my house.
