Contribuisci feedbackFinal straw. This is the worst place to go. They do not know how to take any order properly. They either over charge you or claim you didn't order properly. We order the exact same thing every time we come in. The last 3 times have been different totals. Today was it. When I questioned why we had missing items she claimed it was my fault and she only charged me for each item. Number one, I thoroughly check the screen before paying to ensure accuracy. Number two, ordering breakfast is a joke, I don't know if it's because everyone is so busy talking in the back that they can't comprehend what people are saying or they just don't care. Never have I ever had such issues with ordering. I didn't realize ordering 3 simple combos was going to be such a headache.
The restaurant lacks proper food safety practices and often gets orders wrong due to carelessness.
I have never had a worse customer experience than at Tim Hortons. The employee was incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude.
The worst bagel I've ever had, I didn't realize he was making my order, but he toasted my bagels, buttered them then wrapped them up only to (a few orders later) seemingly realize they were supposed to have cream cheese and finally give them too me.They were all ice cold by the time I got my order and as I said, the worst bagels I've ever had.
Ordered a bowl to take home only to find out that the “salad” part was just lettuce. Where were my tomatoes and cucumbers? Called then right away and the girl insisted she gave me the rest. I said I’m looking at it right now and there’s nothing but lettuce. What a disappointment! Will not go to this Tims again. Nothing but problems when I go there.
