Ambrose Moloney's - Courtown harbour

The food was excellent, I had the chicken curry with rice and chips, all the other's (5) enjoyed their meal also, a bit more expensive than I remember before, but everywhere is like that now in Ireland , I would definitely will be back there again

Visited with my elderly sick Aunt and I have to say the staff were very patient , kind and understanding , food was excellent and the whole place was very clean and tidy

Came here for a bit of lunch with my daughter and partner. Was sceptical about eating here In The first place as it looked run down and dirty, But we chose to stay as we were absolutely starving. Myself and my partner aren’t vaccinated so we had to sit outside which we were surrounded by smokers. Ordered food which took ages to come out to find the scampi absolutely inedible. Overall experience is a solid 0/10. Between the dirty vulgar people farting, swearing and belching behind us and the rotten food served, I left with my skin crawling. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Ate here at the weekend and wish we hadn't bothered! Worst fish and chips I've had in years a frozen soggy battered piece of dry fish which they claimed was fresh (def not). Kids pizza was ok but for almost €50 for fried frozen food a chipper would be much better value, Staff were not wearing masks in most cases, and some were rude one tried to give us food meant for another table then blamed the tables being too close together? each has a number. Outside eating area a bit grotty and some tables on top of each other with people smoking. Our waitress with v short blue hair was nice and friendly to be fair.

Customers allowed to smoke at all outside tables where food was being consumed so we moved tables as smoke was blowing in our direction. Then after seeing the waitress clearing tables whilst smoking a cigarette herself, we left without placing an order. Totally unacceptable. Especially when we have our kids with us are unable to sit inside as we haven’t had our 2nd vaccines yet. There should be a designated smoking area or none permitted at tables at all. Disgusting. Avoid.
