Best Western Plus Birmingham Nec Manor Meriden

Buisness trip again everyone! On arrival I was pleasantly surprised the parking was super, loads of space at the back. I parked a big van no problem and went easily through the back entrance The girls on reception were super friendly Lifts for easy access and the corridors were clean and tidy and along with the room well maintained and hovered. The bath was huge and loads of fresh towels with complimentary drinks and kettle. The bed was amazingly comfy and I had a lovely nights sleep. As for the breakfast what can I say...! Crispy bacon, fried egg, hash browns, beans and tomatoes all on the buffet. Wow Clean toilets, lots of nice smelling handwash. Left feeling like I didnt want to leave, but very happy If there had had been an issue I would have mentioned it but nothing at all on my visit Will definitely stay again Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great value

We arrived around 12 o'clock at night after a long flight from Japan. Reception friendly and helpful, the room was fine, and a good breakfast. Plenty of parking at the front, would use again. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great value

Don't eat in the restaurant. The worst fish and chips I've ever had. Very disappointing , pictures of a fancy chef on the walls and they can't even get that right. Happy to discuss with him if he's bothered Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4
