Never enough staff each time I’ve been, of which is often! One staff member at the weekend, queue out the door with drivers also waiting for their orders to deliver too people complaining. Don’t seem to retain staff needs to be managed better it would seem, feel sorry for the single worker that’s trying to juggle it all. Nice drinks but the above ruins the whole experience.

Drinks themselves were lovely but the paper sticker lids weren’t put on straight so one arrived half empty (spilled in transit)

It seems every time we go recently something out or they are not doing due to being too close to closing. We took the girls there for a treat yesterday, no tapioca, and sorry, we're not doing waffles anymore. I'm not sure whether that's just yesterday or ever

The chocolate milkshake was nice enough; although sadly, they didn't have the lotus biscoff available when we went. As for the bubble waffle, it should probably come with something that would make it not as dry. The texture was nice and crispy, which is possibly down to the Oreos, but besides that, there wasn't much of the Oreos present. The orange macaron was great
