Chicken Cottage - Coventry

I came back to this chicken business with high hopes, but I have several complaints! when I entered this deceitful chicken store, I was not threatened by a bald guy with a dose of red bulle. I could see that chicken wings were prepared. without gloves and by the look of them they did not even come out of a wardrobe! the man behind the counter was so disgusting that he sniffed on the floor and wiped his nose with his hands, only to prepare for eating directly. I asked for chicken wing chips and a stripburger, but the man behind the theke said no and told me he gives me bbq ripen instead (I just like han and chips so I find this offensive for my religion that is scientology) someone else came and took my order also quite rude, but atleast it did not spit in my food, good I hope not. When I took the first bit of my wing, I saw so much red I thought I was in the left arm of the spider man, so I threw the wing away, I took one bit of the chips and they were so cold I think they just got them out of the freeze cabinet, lazy bums. the burger was repulsive, I could say it was processed because it melts like the inner of an car. I gave the food back to the man at the counter, and he swung for me, tried to hit me in the face, I'm happy. I hate this place and I will never come back here again. I went to the doctor and I was diagnosed with ptsd because of this terrible place, 0/10 they get this place away

Absolutely shocking experience in chicken cottage, one of the first chicken shops to be opened in coventry. the food was appalling and tasted of salt. After talking to the young, they said that how eating is always and how expected is experienced the next day. very bad bauch problems! the quality of the huh taste cheap and the personal was hesitant to eat teller! there are many other halal chicken shops in coventry city center I would recommend trying! spicy chicken wings wobble rings I would give this a total rating of 0/10.

Bad customer services .i will never go to this place. the way the personal spoke to me, I find it so rude. I've been grinding with the children with whom my sister comes together with her cods. he said to her, you can't sit. how your children have eaten from somewhere else. I understand the loading police, but how the man spoke to us. no customer deserves such a treatment. we had brought food from them as if we were not, but the guy repeated himself saying that they came here before I had never been there .so dissapointed by this place . I will never go there again. than being with the child family, I had a worse experience. no body was ever rude before we ruined our family day. I think they need to improve customer services there. I'll never go there just because the way they treat customers there. I dnt this place to every one again, as bad experience bad customer service foods are just standing.

Excellent service fresh and tasty eating personal is beautiful. I appreciate the whole team for their managed work very well it was a great experience to eat there

I highly recommend this place. I come here in so many occasions when I’m on break during uni and after uni. Been coming here since September 2019. The food is fantastic. Customer service is amazing. I feel accommodated whenever I step foot into chicken cottage....My experiences to chicken cottage is fantastic from the moment I step foot into chicken cottage and leaving chicken cottage. I highly recommend coming here for delicious fried chicken. Also I recommend this place for college students and university students that are looking to get something to eat during break and after college/uni and I’d recommend this place for school kids to visit after school.
