Costa Coffee - Coventry

Although the staff is friendly enough and the quality of food and drink is good, the space can be blown out by the air cone cold air with full force. Not very helpful when I mentioned if they could turn the fan on a bit... was said it's automatic. How absolutely stupid then turn it on manual!

I'm visiting this place and a Coventry on a weekly basis with my 18-month daughter. Unfortunately, my daughter has food restrictions and is a picky eater so that I usually buy them from Greggs and then buy a coffee and sandwich... or cake from Costa to eat together on the Costa. This has never been a problem until a week ago when an employee (probably new, as I haven't seen him there) interrupted my lunch to suddenly tell me that I don't bring food from elsewhere, despite the fact that I eat from Costa! I tried to explain the Greggs article for my daughter, but he wasn't interested. What is your proposal my 18-month daughter eats seperately at greggs?

Refund please. For the second time in a row, the coffees were spilled or knocked around in the delivery. There was less than 50% of the coffee left in the cortado. Secondly, the website does not offer transparent 'getting help ' options.
