Driver phoned me to tell me they were outside and asking if they were in the right place, which I confirmed and went outside only to find out they were still 20 mins away and I had to stand outside and wait. Delivery was to a work building so they had me walk around the building twice to find them and then didn't even park where we had agreed on the phone.
Paid for our order over the app but as it hasn’t arrived in over an hour I called the store for us to say that our “order doesn’t exist”. When I asked to speak to the head of the store they hung up on us. I called back many times and when they finally answered it was in a fake, high pitched voice and then they hung up again. This place is a joke, took our money and worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
Just given birth and thought it’d be quick and easy to get a pizza for tea as we haven’t slept in 2 days... the app isn’t working so I call up after 15 minutes trying to get them to get the correct address I inform them the app isn’t working so please can I do it via telephone and they told me I can’t select the voucher because it’s on the app only even though the app isn’t working?? Awful service and lost a £60 order so won’t be coming back.
I placed an order online on September 25, 2020, as they are only 2.2 miles (7 minutes) away from my address according to Google. However, to my disappointment, my food arrived barely lukewarm and with very sparse toppings. I had to reheat it in the oven. The potato wedges and garlic bread were also very greasy. This was not the usual Domino's experience I am accustomed to. Furthermore, despite their advertising, the delivery driver did not practice social distancing at all. There was no phone call or effort to put the order in a safe place. This issue needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
