Tang Chinese - Coventry

As the only non-Asian couple in a restaurant filled with cheerful Chinese diners, we certainly stood out! However, this only confirmed that we were in a place serving truly authentic Chinese cuisine. The menu offered a wide variety of options, some of which seemed a bit unusual to us Westerners and were a bit overwhelming, to be honest. Nevertheless, what we ordered was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and undeniably authentic. The portion sizes were generous, and the overall price was quite reasonable. It turned out to be a very enjoyable meal.

The food was outstanding, and regardless of what some reviews might say, it's a lovely place to dine. This is an authentic Chinese restaurant, complete with traditional serving styles. It's worth a visit; you just need to feel comfortable asking for what you want and not anticipate Western-style hospitality. The staff may not be the best at speaking English, but for those seeking a true experience rather than a diluted version, this adds to the charm. There are numerous Chinese restaurants and takeaways in Coventry, but this one stands out as one of the very few that serves genuine and excellent cuisine.

This is definitely my family's favorite restaurant. The food is fantastic, authentically Chinese, very affordable, and the staff is always friendly.

Lovely restaurant, had different types of cuisines to pick from. The meals were tasty and made right in time.

I had a hot and sour soup and a fried rice. It was delicious and the quantity in the plate was worth it.
